I had something pretty wonderful happen a few days back...I had a message from Christina Weitzel. She's a daughter of Beverly Bertram, who we do insurance business through, and had just gotten her real estate license. Another friend, Rhonda Iverson and her husband, had some property to sell, so I suggested she may want to check with Christina. She did, and over time, they sold their property. I got a message, which is what was so wonderful, yesterday, from Christina saying that she was giving a non-profit of our choice, a sum of $400, as her way of paying back and saying thanks. We used Ms Weitzel as our agent to buy our forever home! The steps of buying a home are incredibly gruesome. Christina made it easy by doing a lot of the steps for us. She contacted utility companies, well water verifications, and county offices. She was available by text, email and phone at all times.
